Language barrier was noticeable.

The Double Room was quite small and didn't match the photos. The view was just a wall. We had an unexpected situation with another guest sleeping on the sofa in the living room, which added to the noise since the walls are thin. However, the location was super convenient being just minutes from Steveston Harbour, and the place itself was very clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. I appreciated the cleanliness and proximity to local attractions during our stay for sightseeing.

Family getaway success
Kelly was a really great host. She kept everything so clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a perfect breakfast. The location is good, just a short walk to the bus for easy access to the city. We really enjoyed the balcony coffee moments. It felt good to have that cozy outdoor space.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the quality, it was still acceptable.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We visited BC Place Stadium and enjoyed the local vibes. The place was clean and well-organized, making it super easy to settle in. The host was friendly and kept everything tidy. Great spot for catching up with friends before heading out for some sightseeing.
One downside was the limited communication due to the owner's language barrier, which made asking questions a bit tricky.

Cleanliness is a highlight, as the kitchen was well-maintained with organized spaces, making meal prep easy. The owner keeps everything tidy and offers a friendly atmosphere, although communication can be challenging due to a language barrier. Unfortunately, the room size was smaller than expected, and the shared bathroom setup may not suit everyone. Additionally, the location is a bit out of the way, requiring a longer walk to public transport options.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend jaunt in Richmond with extraordinarily good value for money. The hostess was friendly and kept everything tidy, making for a pleasant stay. Bring your own snacks, as the kitchen was well-equipped but has restrictions.

The cleanliness of the place stands out, with well-maintained bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The location, nestled in a quiet residential area, makes it a peaceful retreat, yet it's just a short cab ride to the airport.
The hotel is a bit far from bus stops, making public transport inconvenient.

Comfortable Stay with a Few Quirks
I stayed in the Queen Suite for one night. The warm atmosphere required me to open a window for cooler air. The soundproofing claims may not hold, but respectful guests kept it quiet. Surprise, a cozy corner for morning coffee! Pro tip, pack lightweight sleepwear for warm nights.

The Queen Suite was clean and organized, but I had to open a window for some fresh air because it felt warm inside. The soundproofing wasn't great— I could hear noise from the outside, which made it hard to relax. But I did find a nice little corner perfect for morning coffee. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re not a light sleeper!

The location was perfect for our family, just a short drive to BC Place Stadium. Kelly, the host, was incredibly kind and kept the entire space immaculate. The kitchen was a lifesaver, stocked with all the basics we needed during our stay with kids.
My wife says that the walls were quite thin, making it tough for us to get restful sleep.
